Returns & Refunds Policy for Intimate and Non-Intimate Products

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our returns, refunds, and credit policies.

Intimate Products:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any intimate products, including but not limited to swimwear, underwear, and other similar items.

Refunds
Refunds for intimate products will only be accepted if the item is faulty. If the product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer service team at hello@stanleyburton.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process for a replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Refund for a Faulty Intimate Item:

  1. Contact us with a description of the fault and any supporting photos.
  2. If the item is deemed faulty, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement, based on your preference.
  3. Shipping costs for faulty item returns are covered by us.

Non-Intimate Clothing:

For non-intimate clothing items (e.g., t-shirts, singlets, shorts), we are happy to offer store credit for returns within 7 days of purchase.

Store Credit Policy:

  • Eligible Items: Non-intimate clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Return Non-Intimate Clothing:

  1. Request a store credit: Please contact our customer service team at hello@stanleyburton.com to initiate a return. Once the return is approved, we will process a store credit to your account, which can be used for future purchases.
  2. Return the item to us with its original tags, in unworn and unused condition.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue your store credit, minus 15% restocking costs.

Important Notes for Non-Intimate Clothing:

  • Returned items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
  • Shipping costs for non-intimate clothing returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items for Non-Intimate Clothing:
If your non-intimate clothing item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund or replacement if the item is deemed faulty.
